Wellness Coaching

I am excited that you considered choosing me to be your Wellness Coach! As your coach I can help you to discover the ways to improve areas of your wellbeing to bring your quality and enjoyment of life to another level.
I wanted you to know me a little better so I will share my background with you.
I have been a medical doctor for a number of years and to this day continue practicing medicine. Over
the years I had interest in learning about what governs people’s behavior and why we behave the way we do. I enjoy reading so called self-help books and did all kind of learnings in that area. This interest led me to coaching.
I have amazing experience with my life coach and my business coach, who gave me additional perspective on life, helped me to enhance my skills of creating a balanced happy life and my skills of a small business owner. I am in the process of becoming a certified Health and Wellness Coach through completing the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy program and taking the National Board exam.
Currently I am a Medical Director of a Respirology clinic which has been helping patients with various respiratory problems. The clinic has full diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities to provide care for patients with lung diseases.
Originally from Belarus, where I earned my MD degree, I attained certified examinations in Canada and completed my Internal Medicine and Respirology training, both through the University of Calgary.
I find that my coaching skills help my patients to manage their diseases better and attain greater health results. I am looking forward to expand my practice as a Wellness Coach.
